Global Gene Corp, a genomics platform committed to decoding DNA of every ethnic group to deliver precision medicine for all, has announced that former Chief Information Officer of Human Longevity Inc., Dr. Yaron Turpaz, PhD, MBA is joining the company’s executive leadership team as Chief and Data Technology Officer, where he also will assume country management responsibility as Managing Director of Global Gene Corp Singapore.
Global Gene Corp recently created the first genomic beacon for the Indian population, ggcINDIA, to start addressing the lack of Indian genomics data.
Dr. Turpaz brings over 17 years of exceptional experience across bioinformatics, IT, pharmaceuticals, digital health and genomics, and will be responsible for the enhancement and development of the company’s global data and technology infrastructure, advanced analytics, data sciences and machine learning, as well as the expansion of GGC’s Asia operations Singapore.
In his most recent position at Human Longevity Inc., he led the development and implementation of the global cloud-based informatics, analytics, and award-winning innovative solutions such as the Human Longevity Inc’s knowledgebase and Health Nucleus Medical Avatar App.
